Recently I have begun using this one facial wash wash from Lush 'Herbalism' I picked this up on a trip to Chester with my mum and I was a little Skeptical to try it out. It isn't that I haven't used Lush products before, I'm not going to lie, their bath bombs are the best things even to be created in the world! It's just, I'm not usually used to having a solid facial wash.
One thing I absolutely love about Herbalsim is how natural it is - I grabbed this from the Lush website - the list of ingredients include ground almonds, kaolin, glycerine, chlorophyllin water, nettle, rosemary and rice vinger extract, rice bran, gardenia extract, rose absolute, chamomile blue oil, sage oil and perfume. The naturalness of the product is amazing, especially if you prefer more natural beauty products over those more chemical based.
My Opinion
The Herbalism facial wash takes a little bit of getting used to, it's a different texture to what I am usually used to using. The green crumbly substance turns into more of a paste when it is put under water, but it still keeps a sort of grainy, bitty feel when you apply it to your face; however Herbalsim always seems to leave my skin feeling so much softer, smoother and generally nicer than before.
The Kaloin Oil in the product is great for oily and greasier skin types as it soaks up all excess oil which leaves you face looking less shiny and more smoother than before, making the facial wash an all round great product.

On the website Lush says:
"Nettles, rosemary and rice bran vinegar work to cleanse the skin removing dirt and grease, leaving bright and beautifully clean skin. Chamomile blue oil and rose absolute are used for balancing skin tone. Rice bran and ground almonds will gently exfoliate the skin and when mixed with water, the almonds create a soft cleansing milk. Our chlorophyllin is extracted from alfalfa, which is rich in vitamins and minerals and is great for revitalising the skin."
